AMEN free medical camps were organized to bring affordable healthcare and free health information to the community. common health problems were identified so that methods could be devised to address and treat the prevailing issues. Therefore, the AMEN team was able to raise awareness and provide counseling on diabetes, joint pain, and other common ailments. They also promoted personal hygiene as a way to prevent serious, disabling diseases, such as those affecting the eyes and mouth that are prevalent in the area due to dust and lack of adequate water. The free medical camp also encouraged the use of available nutritious food products and discouraged the use of drugs and other harmful substances. Services provided included: General mobile clinic for all age groups; diabetic treatment and medicine, skin diseases treatment, joint and body pain treatment.
