Following a continuum of care approach, from pre-pregnancy to post partum, organising health camps and identifying/training community health workers. Building and strengthening linkages with the government health system is at the crux of its activities.
Malaria Eradication
In India, Malaria is claiming the lives of over 400,000 people annually, with a staggering majority being children under the age of five. Long-lasting insecticide-treated nets , commonly known as mosquito nets, offer a potent shield against the spread of this deadly disease. This project is dedicated to providing mosquito nets to families in need, accompanied by crucial malaria medication when required. By doing so, we aim to save lives and safeguard vulnerable communities.
Relief Aid
AMEN Trust always looked to step in early. As soon as we get news of a disaster or calamity, we set the wheels into motion. We recognize the need for immediate relief efforts and are always prepared to expedite the disbursement of support in collaboration with our on-ground partners. With the knowledge that timely intervention can not only limit the damage caused but also reverse it where possible.
Over the years, we have provided extensive relief to the victims of the earthquake in , Cyclone Phani, Cyclone Amphan, Cyclone Nisarga, Cyclone Yaas and the floods. Our efforts were really put to the test with the Covid-19 pandemic. We stretched ourselves to meet the challenge. The results and gratitude received were overwhelming.

Sewing Training
AMEN Trust is a community based initiative with the aim of skilling rural women and empowering them to become entrepreneurs. Women are taught stitching and sewing skills to help them earn a livelihood in their respective communities. Amen Trust training centers are run where women are being taught stitching, sewing and knitting. These centers are located in the remote villages of West Godavari Dist. The aim is to empower rural women with technical training so that they can stand on their own feet and support their families. It is planned to provide them with raw materials so that they can produce as per orders obtained from local school, government bodies and commercial houses or shops. we strive to promote and develop good entrepreneurs and leaders. we will initially provide financial and other assistance.
Free Medical Aid
Our medical camps provide free medical advice, and medicine to the unfortunate people and refer to specialized treatment or surgery whenever it is required. These camps make sure people are getting healthcare at the right time, and seeing the doctor early enough before a small health problem turns serious. Our medical camps are conducted by health professionals to carry out a limited health intervention amongst the underprivileged community. The poor attend these camps to get free check-ups and treatment. Getting the appropriate kind of health check-ups is vital for every human being and while considering it, some important factors like age, lifestyle, family background, and risks are taken into account.
Hope For Children
Hope for Children : Children have to grow up way too fast in India. Lack of resources and access to basic healthcare mean injury and illness take a massive toll on families. Families end up in debt to loan sharks, trying to cover education, then children have to leave school to help pay the debt.Very often because they have been orphaned, abandoned or need to help care for a sick parent, our girls and boys never get the chance to get a basic education. Education is the key to getting out of the poverty trap. The AMEN Sponsor a Child programme enables disadvantaged families to provide education for their children.
