Malaria Eradication

In India, Malaria is claiming the lives of over 400,000 people annually, with a staggering majority being children under the age of five. Long-lasting insecticide-treated nets , commonly known as mosquito nets, offer a potent shield against the spread of this deadly disease. This project is dedicated to providing mosquito nets to families in need, accompanied by crucial malaria medication when required. By doing so, we aim to save lives and safeguard vulnerable communities.

According to Health experts, around 2 million people are dying and 3 billion people are suffering from malaria disease around the world in every year. But it is possible to save the poor patients, living in village areas. The most effective way to protect them has proved as "to use mosquito net". The project has been designed with the major objective as prevention from malaria (Distribution of mosquito net & public awareness campaign) and to stop the number of death occurring from malaria.
Malaria is transmitted through the bites of some mosquitoes. Sleeping under an insecticide-treated mosquito net is the best way to prevent mosquito bites. Therefore, let's help protect children and families from Malaria by sleeping under insecticide treated mosquito nets (ITNs) every night. Malaria is very dangerous for pregnant women. Wherever malaria is common, pregnant women should be emphasized to prevent malaria by taking antimalarial tablets recommended by a trained health worker.
